CATERING HOURS, MINIMUMS, AND CUSTOMIZED MEALS

We bring the Parts & Labor experience to your home, office, wedding or apecial event. From lunches and birthday parties to weddings and galas, we cater events of every size. We can even cook ‘live’ at your event.

    •    Catering Hours: Wednesday - Sunday, 11:30a to 6p (scheduling accommodation available upon request).

    •    Catering Orders: Due by 12 noon, two (2) days prior to the event date.

    •    $125 order minimum for delivery

    •    $30 Delivery Fee for orders within a 20-mile radius (additional fees may apply for longer distances)

    •    Catering must be paid in full to ensure availability

Lunch Catering Menu

    Shared Meals

    • Hot Lunch Buffet - 2 Meats + 2 Sides

      Our best seller! Great for sandwiches or plates. Choice of 2 meats and 2 sides to ensure you have the perfect meal from our co-workers, family or friends. 1 order feeds 12.

    • Slider Bar

      Three types of Slider Bars to choice from - Smoked Brisket, Pulled Chicken, Pulled Pork. Includes paired bbq sauces and house pickles. 1 order equals 24 sliders.

    • Smoked “Sweet & Sticky” Chicken Wings

      Includes house pickles. Add sides to make a full-meal.

    • Smoked Brisket Chili Bar

      Includes Filipino cornbread, smoked cheddar cheese, sour cream, diced green onions, oyster crackers and hot sauce. 1 order feeds 9 people. Vegan Chili Bar also avialable.

      Includes smoked cheddar cheese, sour cream, diced green onions, butter, bacon bits, hot sauce. 1 order feeds 9 people.

      Four Signature Sandwiches to choose from - Beef & Cheddar, Pig-Chicken Club, Smoked Chicken Salad and a Chopped Vegetable Salad. Every Lunchbox includes a choice of side dish and potato chips. Must order at least 9 Lunchboxes of the same type.

      1/3 lb. of meat on a Martin's Potato Bun. Four Signature Sandwiches to choose from; Deli-Sliced Smoked Brisket, Deli-Sliced Smoked Turkey, Pulled Pork and Pulled Chicken. Every Lunchbox includes house pickles and potato chips. Must order at least 9 Lunchboxes of the same type.

    • Make-Your-Own Classic BBQ Sandwich

      Includes martin’s potato buns, smoked beef (deli-sliced), smoked turkey (deli-sliced), pulled pork and pulled chicken, house bbq sauce, house pickles and potato chips.
