Derek Dos Anjos

My love for food started at a young age living in Brazil. I was exposed to a huge variety of different flavors which ignited my lifelong culinary curiosity.   In my early 20s (1996) I moved to New York City and worked with some of the city's best chefs such as Chris Christman, Rebecca Charles, and Mary Redding. These experiences became the foundation I needed to open my own, award winning restaurants - Brooklyn Fish Camp (2006) and Anchor OTR (2011).
